Born in northwest Georgia and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, I have been around the “helping” professions all my life.  Both my mother and father are, or have been, personal and family therapists, and my father is also an ordained minister.  I have been drawn to these fields from as early as I can remember.

I attended the University of Tennessee and obtained both BS and Master’s degrees in Accounting.  After spending years in the business and software world, I am happy to find myself back doing the thing I love the most – helping people.  I am very excited about the life coaching profession and all of its possibilities.

In my time studying and practicing coaching, I have developed the following life-purpose statement for myself and my business: “I am a conduit for biophilic impact.”  In other words, regardless of whether you represent a large for-profit corporation, a small non-profit organization, are a young adult getting ready to enter college, or are simply someone looking to jump-start an area of your life, I want to help you achieve the things that will breathe energy, meaning, and triumph into your self, your team, or your company!

I still call Knoxville home, and am delighted to be so near my family, friends, and the mountains that I love.  I hope you consider giving coaching a try, and if you do, I would love to talk to you to see what we might be able to achieve together.
